First Steps

Complete the following steps once getting the trailer into position on your level campsite:
  • place the wheel blocks under the two tires,
  • level the trailer by adjusting the front dolly jack
  • unlatch the four roof latches,
  • get the Gold and the Black crank handles from inside the trailer door

Front and Rear Trailer Stabilizing Jacks

The stabilizing jacks are located under each corner of the trailer.
Shown here in up "Travel" position
.

Using the Black crank handle, turn the spindle clockwise to lower the support jack.

Shown here in the down in position.

Raising the Roof

Be sure to first release the four roof lid latches on both sides of the trailer.

Begin to raise the lid by inserting the square gold coloured crank in the square tube at the front of the trailer frame and turning the crank in a clockwise direction.

Turn the crack until the Green Guide wire on the front right corner of the trailer is just short of being taunt or tight.

Green Guide wire is just right of the lift system pole (in the picture).

For safety measures, install the square tube support post over the telescoping roof lift system poles to secure the roof in it's raised position. The square posts are stored under the front mattress.

Here is the trailer once the roof is raised... but still a few more things to do!

Pulling out the Bed Frames

Now it is time to get the bed support poles to set up the pull out beds.  The bed poles are located under the mattress of the front bed.  The front and rear bed poles may be different sizes so be sure to place them accordingly.

Front Bed Poles go into the slots in the front frame that extends in front of the trailer.

Rear Bed Poles are placed in the slots on the bumper underneath the spare tire.

To pull out the beds simply grab the two black strap handles located on underside of the bed frame and gently pull the bed out.

If the bed jams then simply push it back in a bit and try pulling again.

Pull the bed slowly out until it stops or "hits the end" on the trailer wall.

Insert the top end of the bed support poles into the clip located on the underneath side of the bed frame.

Both bed support poles are in place.

Door Assembly

This is the view of the lower door-half when the trailer roof has just been raised.
Note the propane stove is stored under the kitchen table while traveling.
Note the fire extinguisher on the left.

Note the Step is still away in it's "Travel" position.

The top half of the trailer door is stored away up on the inside of the trailer roof.

It will be lowered down on a hinge to fit on top of the lower half door.

Here you can see the top door half stored away in it's "Travel" position.

Hold the door in place while you turn the two roof latched to release the door.

Slowly lower the door...

Slowly...

Lift the door slightly on it's upper hinge to ready it for the placement on top of the lower door

Like so....

Position the top half over the bottom half and gently join the two.

Once the door is in place, lightly push on the top of the upper door towards the roof frame, turn the two white plastic door knobs horizontally to secure the door in place...

And lastly place the lower clasp to secure the two door half together.

Sink Assembly

The sink is seen here in it's lowered "Travel" position.

To place the sink in it's Camping position simply lift the sink countertop on it's hinge.

Voila!!

Bed Installation

First remove the bed tent pole from under the mattress.

Then insert the straight of the pole into the black receptor on the curved bed end support rod.

Slowly push the pole forward into the bed area...

and connect the curved end of the pole to the small hook on the roof just outside the bed area.

The kitchen table serves as a 3rd bed if needed.

Pretty nice eh !?!

Propane Stove - Storage and Installation

The propane stove is stored on the floor under the kitchen table.

Remove the seat cushions and the table to access the stove.

The stove is secured in place during travel by two aluminum screw hooks.  Lift the stove from the two screws...

and place outside...

on the two similar screws located on the trailer wall.

Opening the stove will reveal a two of three burner stove pending on the unit.

The propane fuel connection is made under the stove to the black propane line.

Fridge
The trailer also comes with either a portable electric fridge (shown), or with a built-in 3 way fridge (not shown).

Water Storage Tank

The water storage tank is located outside and under the trailer behind the rear left tire.

Fill the water tank once you arrive at the camp grounds via their filling station. Drainage the tank is done by turning the tank valve that is underneath the trailer behind the the tire wheel 90 degrees.

The water tap on the sink is powered by an electric pump when using the water storage tank. Simply flip the power switch located on the back wall of the bench seat .

If you are utilizing a "city water" connection at the camp ground via a garden hose connection then the water has a constant low pressure flow. Simply turn the tap to receive water.

There is also an Electrical Control Panel inside the same bench that regulates the various 120V electrical features of the trailer.

A roof vent with an electric fan that helps the trailer remain cool...

And you can also unzip the tinted vinyl windows.

Once outside there are a few Velcro's to do up.
Attached the velcro strips along the door...

and cover up the lift system poles...

and velcro the bed ends underneath the bed frame.

Some units have a second flap that attaches to a velcro strip under the bed mattress for added security to prevent accidental rollout.

and the water storage tank fill hole, the city water hose connection, and the sink drain (lower hole on right)

The front of the trailer has the safety chains and dolly wheel...

the "Flat Four" wiring harness.

and you need to provide a 2" trailer ball on your trailer hitch.

We also include a simple tool box for emergency's.

AND THAT'S BASICALLY ALL THERE IS TO IT!!
(for putting it up that is. You'll have to come for the Demo to see how it goes down!!)
